We are fortunate to have available to us, two exceptional and rare facilities in Northern California—45 minutes from San Francisco—which will serve as a technology/training facility as well as accommodate our rapid growth and requirement to work together in teams.

The first is Sky View Sanctuary, which has been leased by Great Freedom for 7 years. Over 1,000 trainings have been held, recorded and filmed at the Sanctuary. Additionally, all of the Great Freedom/Balanced View materials have been developed at the Sanctuary. Over the years, numerous retreats have been held here, as well as the morning talks on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The Sanctuary is a 2 acre ocean view property with extensive gardens, fencing and gates. Currently, it is in use 24 hours per day as a Great Freedom facility. It has 4 buildings, including a main house, large workshop with three rooms, and two other new buildings that house offices. The offices have hardwood floors, heating and extensive decking. There are also 2 large storage buildings with skylights and shelving. All buildings have sweeping ocean views. The property is very well-maintained.

The second, Sky Farm, has been offered to us for purchase by the family of a Great Freedom participant for $1.9 million(US). The property was appraised at $4.2 million three years ago. We are in the process of obtaining a new appraisal; however similar property values have gone up 10% in the last year.

A large portion of the appraised value of Sky Farm will be a charitable contribution to Great Freedom by the seller. Sky Farm is a 10 acre property with mountain and distant ocean views, two ponds, four houses, a large workshop, storage sheds, a large chicken house, a deep water well, two water tanks and plenty of space to build a big barn.

Sky Farm is planted with many varieties of fruit and other trees. It has complete privacy, fencing, and is accessible from a private tree-lined drive. The land is extremely fertile and we will continue to develop and cultivate the organic fruit trees as well as an organic farm planted with lavender and vegetables. There is plenty of privacy and space for building a large barn with meeting rooms downstairs, sleeping rooms upstairs.

Both Sky Farm and the Sanctuary will be used to accommodate our rapid growth. During the past year we have grown 150% worldwide.

They will allow us to live and work together in teams focused on leadership training and technology development that will serve people worldwide and accommodate our rapid growth.

Our goal is to purchase both properties within 2010. $5 million(US) will be required by January 1, 2011 for purchase of the properties, upgrades and solar outfitting of Sky Farm and building a professional recording/editing studio for live broadcasts for our expansion of online learning.

In the last month, since the beginning of the campaign, we have raised $511,000 in cash.

Our facilities campaign goal is to raise a $5 million cash purchase of both Sky Farm and Sky View Sanctuary, both of which will be owned by Great Freedom, a 501c(3) non-profit corporation. Currently, the properties have approximate appraised value of $6 million.

Great Freedom currently owns a retreat center in Europe which accommodates 100 people and is self-sustaining financially, thus we have experience purchasing, owning and managing facilities.
